Recipe
Our brewmasters and master distillers translate the chosen direction into a unique, custom-made formula. In this, we establish the exact recipe and the qualitative product base for your private label beer or spirit.
Ingredients & Character
We carefully select the raw materials that determine the DNA of your drink. Think of selected botanicals, herbs, fruit extracts, or wood tones for barrel aging. But of course also specific hop varieties and malts for beer. We balance the sweetness, the bitterness, and fine-tune the exact alcohol percentage.
Tasting &
refining
Before we fire up the large production kettles, we first create small-scale trial batches. During these trial rounds (sampling) we assess and refine the balance, the aromas, and the overall flavor experience until the recipe is a guaranteed success.

Samenwerking met Brouwhoeve: Voor de vulling van de flessen werken we nauw samen met Brouwhoeve. Zij zijn experts in het ontwikkelen van hoogwaardige distillaten en recepturen. Indien gewenst kunnen we het volledige traject verzorgen, waarbij we het alcoholische gedeelte naadloos integreren in het totale project.
